Agreement to terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Convertance FZ-LLC, a company registered in Dubai, UAE. By registering for, accessing, or using the Convertance platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

To use Convertance you must: be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and operate a legitimate e-commerce business.

Account responsibilities

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and notifying us of unauthorized access.
• All activities occurring under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Ensuring all registration information is accurate and kept up to date.

Subscriptions & billing

We offer a 14-day free trial with full Growth plan access — no credit card required. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance in USD. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days.

Prohibited conduct

• Promote illegal products, services, or content through the platform.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including click fraud, fake conversions, or coupon abuse.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Use our marketer network to spam or send unsolicited communications.

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal action.

Intellectual property

The Convertance platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Convertance FZ-LLC and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload; by using Convertance you grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the service.

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, CONVERTANCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or as required by law.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
