  • Postback Tracking (Server‑Side): Transfers session identifiers directly between servers.

  • Cookies: Users may disable cookies; however, ads may still appear.

  • Opt‑Out Options: End users can disable targeted ads via device settings (e.g., “Limit Ad Tracking”).

8. Third‑Party Sources

  • Clients may integrate external sources (advertisers, publishers, networks, analytics partners).

  • Convertance may use affiliate information for fraud prevention and contractual purposes.

As a Data Processor under the GDPR:

  • We adopt privacy by design principles.

  • Enforce limited data retention policies.

  • Allow audits by authorized third parties.
